A critique of both fundamentalist and elitist rejections of popular culture from the vantage-point of Christian conviction. We will also discuss how the Christian faith encourages us to take pop culture seriously and how it can enrich our experience of it. Led by Rev. Kevin Twit, campus minister with RUF at Belmont University, as well as a graduate of Berklee College of Music and founder of Indelible Grace Music.

Right click here to download the MP3 audio recording from 2004 - but take note!  It is an 8mb file so it will take a long time to download with a dial-up modem!  (Choose "save target as" to save to your desktop and then you can click on it and play it.)

Click here for the full article by Ted Turnau "Theological Reflection On Popular Culture"  It is hands down the best article I've read on this topic and you really should read it if this stuff interests you.
